How Do I Get Started?

WineMap enables information about Vineyards, Wineries, and Tasting Rooms to be uploaded by growers and owners to our online map. Grape growers actually draw their vineyards and post their grapes for sale. Winery and Tasting Room owners let the public know where they are and how to contact them for wine tasting. Plus, we make wine data available in three distinct formats.

Our online map can be used to find grapes for sale, locate Tasting Rooms and contact information, as well as learn more about the landscape using powerful GIS information sets like soil and slope maps.  We also publish a Google Earth network link so you can view all of our wine information in 3D! And finally, we work with wine regions to make beautiful paper maps that we retail online and wholesale in Tasting Rooms - all from the same information provided by wine industry professionals.

We currently have information for Sonoma County, and later this year we'll be adding Oregon State. If you want to learn about wine and find out where to taste it, check out our maps!
